Specialization
I am consistently a Top Producer in the Big Bear market. I have been Top 10 (or higher) 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. I am working to make 2016 my best year yet! My completed 2015 Residential and Lot transaction sales put me at #3 in Listing Sales Dollar Volume as well as #1 for total listings sold among approximately 350 individual Big Bear agents.

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single family residences, vacant land and income property in the Big Bear Valley. What I believe sets me apart is my passion for helping people accomplish their Big Bear goals.

Buyers
When I work with buyers, I listen to what is important for them and to keep them open to all possibilities. My experience has been that 30% of the time a buyer buys a property they weren't interested in seeing. By knowing the inventory and paying attention to my buyers expressed needs and observing their reactions to propety we see together, I help them make their Big Bear dream, a reality.

After Building and/or Remodeling more than 80 homes, I have extensive knowledge of what it takes to build and sell in the Big Bear market.

Sellers
This is historically one of the most challenging markets to sell a property. The days of putting a listing on the MLS and placing a sign seem a distant memory. Hiring an agressive agent willing to spend their time and their own money to market a listing is essential and there is a very small group of agents willing to work that hard. I am one of those agents and my sales numbers in this difficult market are the proof! I am also willing to have the difficult conversations and track and report the data to back those conversations up. An informed seller is the best partner I can have to get a property sold.

In addition to my own abilities in staging, photo styling and graphic design, I have years of experience hiring and working with advertising and marketing professionals. I understand the importance of distinguishing a product by utilizing a variety of marketing tools. I am committed to using my professional and financial resources to creatively support my listings and get them SOLD!

Personal
In 1997, my husband Tim and I bought our vacation home here in Big Bear, LOVING all it had to offer, we decided to leave our Marina del Rey home and move to Big Bear full time. We started buying fixers, improving them and selling them. We then started Mountain Ridge Homes, a company that built 80 new homes here in the Big Bear Valley.

At the urging of our existing clients, I became a licensed real estate agent so that I could extend the services I currently offered. I pride myself on attention-to-detail, exceptional marketing skills and knowing the importance of keeping my clients informed and “truly listening” to my clients.

A third generation Californian, I was raised in Tarzana, California (home of Edgar Rice Burrows, the author of Tarzan). I grew up riding my horse and enjoying many of the Outdoor Pleasures, Southern California has to offer. I attended college at San Diego State University where I majored in Communications. After college I went on to a career in Advertising/Marketing working with corporate sales departments designing and implementing large-scale marketing programs. I have the pleasure of living in Boulder Bay with my wonderful husband, Tim and our Dog/Son Dallas (he doesn’t know he is a dog).
