I am a top producer in the Big Bear market. In 2010, my completed transactions put me 4th out of 350 individual agents and 6th among individual agents and multi agent teams.

I am enthusiastic about 2011 and have set substantial increased production goals for 2011. As of October 8, 2011 I have completed 27 transactions and currently have 2 Pendings. I am currently on-track for my 2011 Sales Goals.

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single family residences, vacant land and income property in the Big Bear Valley.

My years as an Advertising/Marketing executive give me a special expertise in marketing and
selling the properties I represent.

After Building more than 50 homes, I have extensive knowledge of what it takes to build and sell
in the Big Bear market.

In addition to my own abilities in staging, photo styling and graphic design, I have years of experience hiring and working with advertising and marketing professionals. I understand the importance of distinguishing a product by utilizing a variety of marketing tools. Personal
In 1997, my husband Tim and I bought our vacation home here in Big Bear, LOVING all it had to offer, we decided to leave our Marina del Rey home and move to Big Bear full time. We started buying fixers, improving them and selling them. We then started Mountain Ridge Homes, a company that builds new homes each year here in the Big Bear Valley.

At the urging of our existing clients, I became a licensed real estate agent so that I could extend the
services I currently offered. I pride myself on attention-to-detail, exceptional marketing skills and knowing the importance of keeping my clients informed and “truly listening” to my clients.

A third generation Californian, I was raised in Tarzana, California ( home of Edgar Rice Burrows, the author of Tarzan). I grew up riding my horse and enjoying many of the Outdoor Pleasures, Southern California has to offer. I attended college at San Diego State University where I majored in Communications. After college I went on to a career in Advertising/Marketing working with corporate sales departments designing and implementing large-scale marketing programs. I have the pleasure of living in Boulder Bay with my wonderful husband, Tim and our Dog/Son Noodles (he doesn’t know he is a dog).
